Print Subscriptions and Single Issues
How do I cancel a subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. Contact customer service at support@northridgepublishing.com or call 888-225-9199. After your subscription is cancelled no further payments will be made. However, we cannot give any partial refunds.
How do I change my address or update my credit card information? Please either call or drop a note to our customer service department (support@northridgepublishing.com), and we’ll be sure to get that changed. Note: even though you can change the address or credit card number yourself in your account, it doesn’t change the shipping address on your issues. We’re working on it, and we thank you for your patience.
What do I do if my book is damaged? Oh no! Call our customer service department and we’ll send another copy immediately.
If I just renewed my subscription, why does my mailing label not reflect my new expiration date? Your mailing label will show the original expiration date until that subscription has been fulfilled. Once the subscription expires the new subscription (that is pending) will become active and your new expiration date will appear on your mailing label.
When will I get my books? Please allow up to 6 weeks before receiving your first subscription copy, and up to 2 weeks on single issue copies. International shipping will take longer.
How do I find out when my subscription expires? Call customer service; they will be happy to look that up for you.
What is the platinum subscriber program? One of the advantages of using your credit card is you are automatically entered into our Platinum Subscriber Service. Benefits of our Platinum Subscriber Service program are:
- Near the end of your subscription, we will email you letting you know you are about to expire and renew you automatically unless you decide you don't want to continue.
- You'll automatically receive the LOWEST subscription rate available! These rates are only reserved and given to our current subscribers!
- Your renewal will be for the amount of months of your previous subscription - but you can increase this at anytime for an even better rate!
- You'll never miss a single issue!
- Cancel anytime - This way YOU are in charge!

Digital Issues and Subscriptions
How do I cancel a subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. Please contact customer support at support@northridgepublishing.com or call 888-225-9199 to take care of this.
I purchased an All-Access Pass or Back Issues Pass—why can’t I see all the magazines? With the purchase of either of these items, you will see every issue that is currently published. Issues that have yet to be published will sometimes show up (pre-sales books, for example), but remain unavailable until the actual publish date, which is typically the first of each month.
Do the digital editions work on my iPad or other e-reader? Yes! To try it out, just create a free store account and log in to your digital issues section. Scroll down to the Create: Idea Books section, expand the tab (tap or click "See All"), and find the issue cover that's in full color. Click on the cover, and enjoy the free sample issue!
